Open to WFFSA members worldwide, the awards celebrate creativity and excellence, honoring varieties shaping the future of our industry.
The 2026 Floral Xcellence Awards will be given out during our 2026 Floral Distribution Conference, happening March 1-4, in Miami. You must be a WFFSA member company and be registered to attend our members-only Floral Distribution Conference in order to submit an entry:

Entry Categories
- Breeder Xcellence
For hybridizers presenting new, innovative floral varieties not yet commercially available. This category showcases the future of floriculture by rewarding innovation and creativity. - Spray Rose Grower Xcellence Celebrating the world’s finest spray roses — from traditional to novelty forms. This category honors roses that exemplify beauty, durability, stem quality and superior cultivation standards.
- Garden Rose Grower Xcellence
Recognizes exceptional garden roses, including classics to and modern hybrids. This category honors roses that demonstrate superior aesthetic impact, fragrance, durability and superior cultivation standards. - Filler Grower Xcellence
Highlights the artistry and importance of filler flowers and foliage that enhance floral design and bouquet value. This category celebrates innovation, texture and consistency that fillers bring to the floral supply chain. - Other Variety Xcellence
For all outstanding varieties not covered in the above categories. If 10 or more submissions are received for a particular variety, it becomes its own standalone category. - Member Favorite
A people’s-choice award determined solely by attendee votes, recognizing the most admired floral variety of the event.
