About DevX
WFFSA's Development Experience (DevX) is an annual spotlight on floral distribution in a particular region.
In 2026, join up to 100 peers and managers in the industry to tour Atlanta area floral wholesalers, distributors, and retailers. Learn the ins and outs of business operations while building skills to take back to your own team.
DevX kicks off with an exclusive road trip to tour several standout floral operations in Atlanta. Participants will get a behind-the-scenes look at the business operations at each road trip stop and see innovation in action.
A full day will also be dedicated to applying AI in your line of work. Whether you are a beginner or expert with Artificial Intelligence, you will be sure to learn new applications and collaborative tools from our AI Innovation workshop.
WFFSA's DevX provides a number of unique opportunities to experience education your way. Formerly called Management Institute, this is a premier hands-on professional development event for WFFSA members. Participants receive exceptional educational programming where they learn practical skills to help them tackle timely business problems. Participants are also immersed in exceptional networking opportunities with industry peers and leaders.

2026 WFFSA Membership Dues $950-$4,200 based on company annual sales volume
Access to the event is restricted to registered attendees only. Individuals who are not registered but attempt to conduct business within the event area will be required to leave.
Registration is available until July 20, 2026.
Please be aware of WFFSA’s DevX 2026 Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation with full refund will be provided until June 20, 2026.
- Cancellation with 50% refund will be provided from June 21 – July 20, 2026.
- After July 20, 2026, no refunds will be granted.

Additionally, please be sure to cancel any hotel reservation which is not included in DevX registration.
In 2025, WFFSA’s DevX offered engaging programs in Cleveland, Ohio, showcasing many aspects of the floral distribution chain and taking advantage of gorgeous scenery and culture in the Greater Cleveland region.
