Registration Now Open for WFFSA’s 2026 Floral Distribution Conference in Miami

Floral industry leaders to reconvene March 1–4, 2026, at the Doral

Washington, DC – November 3, 2025 – The Wholesale Florist & Florist Supplier Association (WFFSA) has officially opened registration for the 2026 Floral Distribution Conference (FDC), taking place March 1–4, 2026, at the Trump National Doral Miami hotel.

Following the success of the 2025 event, which drew nearly 650 attendees, close to 100 exhibiting suppliers and representatives from more than 50 wholesaler companies, the 2026 edition of FDC promises to deliver an even more dynamic experience — with new programming, expanded networking opportunities and exciting updates to the event’s signature gatherings.

“Last year’s conference reaffirmed the incredible value of bringing our industry together under one roof,” said Freddy Melero, WFFSA President and Director of Sales & Procurement at Choice Farms. “The energy, collaboration and business momentum we saw in 2025 set a new standard. We’re looking forward to welcoming even more wholesaler companies in 2026 and continuing to grow the relationships that make this conference such an important part of our industry’s success.”

As in past years, FDC 2026 will once again feature breathtaking floral displays, as well as floral product staples, on the exhibit hall show floor, where wholesalers and suppliers connect face-to-face to exchange ideas, showcase products and strengthen partnerships.

This year’s program introduces enhancements to last year’s, including:

  • Expanded Floral Xcellence Awards: Featuring new award entry categories, building on last year’s categories of grower and breeder.
  • Wholesaler Discussion Groups: In-person sessions that build on WFFSA’s successful virtual discussions, allowing wholesalers to explore real, timely challenges and share practical strategies with peers.
  • Industry Roundtables: Topic-driven forums addressing emerging trends, operational challenges and opportunities shaping the floral marketplace.
  • “Havana Nights” Themed WFFSA Party: An outdoor celebration blending Miami’s tropical energy with vibrant Cuban flair — a can’t-miss evening of networking, music and entertainment under the stars.

In addition to these new highlights, FDC 2026 will again feature educational sessions and ample opportunities for attendees to connect in both formal and casual settings.

Registration is now open exclusively to WFFSA members, including wholesalers, suppliers and allied floral industry professionals. Non-member companies interested in attending are encouraged to join WFFSA to access member-only registration and exhibit opportunities.
