WFFSA's Development Experience (DevX) is an annual spotlight on floral distribution in a particular region.

In 2026, join up to 100 peers and managers in the industry to tour Atlanta area floral wholesalers, distributors, and retailers. Learn the ins and outs of business operations, and build skills to take back to your own team.

WFFSA's DevX provides a number of unique opportunities to experience education your way. Formerly called Management Institute, this is a premier hands-on professional development event for WFFSA members. Participants receive exceptional educational programming where they learn practical skills to help them tackle timely business problems. Participants are also immersed in exceptional networking opportunities with industry peers and leaders.
