Conference Access Policy

Only WFFSA members are eligible to register for the Floral Distribution Conference. All attendees must be an employee of a WFFSA member organization. 

WFFSA Supplier members must host an Exhibit Booth (table top) in order to register for the conference. 

Access to the conference space is restricted to registered attendees only. Individuals who are not registered but attempt to conduct business within the conference area will be required to leave.

Attendee Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation with full refund until January 8, 2027.
  
• Cancellation with 50% refund from January 9, 2027 until February 12, 2027.
  
• After February 12, 2027, no refunds will be granted.

WFFSA does not sell its attendee lists, and no third party is authorized to distribute or sell any attendee lists related to our events. Should you receive any solicitations offering such lists, we encourage you to block the sender, delete the email and report scammers to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission fraud division.
