Booking Information
For 2025, WFFSA has two discounted options to reserve your hotel room at The Doral:
- Early Bird Reservation (before December 9, 2024): $299 plus a $20 resort fee
- Group Rate Reservation (after December 9, 2024): $329 plus a $30 resort fee
To receive the discounted rate, you must make your hotel reservations before the cut-off date of December 9, 2024. You can make your reservation online or by calling the hotel at 305-717-6350.

*Terms & Conditions: This offer is available only for registrants of our Floral Distribution Conference and is limited to the first 100 rooms only that are booked by 12/9. Resort fee is not included. Hotel night will be credited in your final bill. Credit applied per room booked for registered FDC attendees.
Parking Information
Self-parking at the Doral for FDC attendees is $14 per day. All drivers are encouraged to pre-pay for their parking. The cashier is located at the valet window near the entrance to the Exhibit Hall.
Self-parking with unlimited in and out privileges is available for $18.00 per day and can be arranged at the valet window.
Airport Information
The Doral is serviced by two major airports: Miami International Airport (MIA) and Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). MIA is located approximately 11 miles from the hotel; FLL is located approximately 30 miles from the hotel.
