Group Rate Reservation (until February 7, 2026): $339 plus a $30 resort fee
Wholesaler Discount:
Wholesalers are eligible for a discounted room rate of $299 per night. When booking through the official WFFSA link, please reserve at the standard rate of $339 per night. The discounted rate will be adjusted upon check-in based on the list provided to the staff by the hotel and cross-checked for registration.
Suppliers:
New this year for exhibitors: A minimum of one-night stay at the Trump National Doral (Tuesday night) is required. When reserving exhibit space, suppliers will be charged for one night’s stay ($416.97) as part of their exhibitor registration. Staff will coordinate with the suppliers to confirm to whom the hotel credit should go to prior to their arrival. This prepaid amount will be applied as a credit and deducted from the final hotel bill upon check-in.
Please note: this credit applies to one designated attendee per exhibiting vendor and is non-transferrable; if they give us the name of a wholesaler registered for the event, we will not issue a credit.

Parking Information
Self-parking at the Doral for FDC attendees is $14 per day. All drivers are encouraged to pre-pay for their parking. The cashier is located at the valet window near the entrance to the Exhibit Hall.
Self-parking with unlimited in and out privileges is available for $18.00 per day and can be arranged at the valet window.
Airport Information
The Doral is serviced by two major airports: Miami International Airport (MIA) and Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). MIA is located approximately 11 miles from the hotel; FLL is located approximately 30 miles from the hotel.
Conference Access Policy
Access to the conference space is restricted to registered attendees only. Individuals who are not registered but attempt to conduct business within the conference area will be required to leave.
