Registration & Membership
When and where is FDC 2027?
WFFSA’s 2027 Floral Distribution Conference takes place February 28–March 3, 2027, at the Miami Airport Convention Center (MACC) in Miami, Florida. The main conference programming takes place Monday, March 1, and Tuesday, March 2.
Who can attend FDC 2027?
FDC is an exclusive event for WFFSA members. Wholesaler members may register to attend, while supplier members must purchase an exhibit booth to participate. Supplier companies without an exhibit booth are not permitted to attend the conference.
Do I need to renew my WFFSA membership to attend?
Yes. Your company’s WFFSA membership must be active to attend FDC 2027. The membership renewal deadline is December 31, 2026. Members who enter the grace period must renew before attending the conference.
How do I register?
Registration opens October 1, 2026. Visit our Registration page to secure your place at FDC 2027.

Are sponsorship opportunities available?
WFFSA supplier members can reserve exhibit space at FDC 2027. Non-member companies must apply for and receive WFFSA membership approval before securing a booth.

Hotel & Travel
Where should I stay during FDC 2027?
The DoubleTree is the official host hotel for FDC 2027, with a special WFFSA room rate of $229 per night.

Where is the conference taking place?
FDC 2027 is moving to the Miami Airport Convention Center (MACC), offering a new setting for our expanded conference experience. Main conference sessions, exhibits and the Tuesday evening Awards Gala will take place at the MACC.

What's new at FDC 2027?
FDC 2027 is bringing the wholesale floral industry together for an expanded experience at a new venue. Attendees can look forward to more education, a new Kickoff Session and State of the Industry discussion, a Global Panel, two full days of exhibits and networking, and signature evening events.
What special events are planned?
Monday evening features our Opening Party at Cerveceria La Tropical, while Tuesday evening brings an elevated Awards Gala featuring the Floral Xcellence Awards, LTK Award and President’s Address, followed by an After Party.
The Awards Gala will be formal/cocktail attire.
