About the Conference
When and where is the 2026 Floral Distribution Conference?
FDC 2026 takes place March 1–4, 2026 at Trump National Doral Miami in Miami, Florida.
What is FDC?
FDC is WFFSA’s annual member-only conference that brings together wholesale floral distributors and supplier partners for networking, tabletop exhibits, education and relationship-building.
Who typically attends FDC?
Wholesale floral distributors, supplier companies (breeders/growers/importers, hardgoods, logistics, allied services), and other floral supply chain partners who are WFFSA members.
Is FDC a members-only event?
Yes. Registration is limited to WFFSA member companies. Non-members who want to attend or exhibit must join WFFSA first. Go here to start a membership application: https://wffsa.org/join-wffsa/
What’s new for 2026?
Highlights include expanded Floral Xcellence Awards categories, enhanced Wholesaler Discussion Groups building on the virtual series, Industry Roundtables focused on timely challenges, and an outdoor Havana Nights-themed WFFSA Party.

How do I register for FDC 2026?

Do I need to register if I’m already exhibiting?
Yes. Exhibiting suppliers register through the exhibitor process — exhibiting is required to attend as a supplier (tabletop reservation is your access to the event).
Can I register multiple attendees from my company?
Yes. Register each attendee from your company using the registration form/process.
Will I receive a confirmation after registering?
Yes. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your registration is completed. Your confirmation email will also include your unique confirmation code. Please keep this for your records, as you’ll need it to make any modifications or additions to your registration.

Hotel & Travel
What hotel should I book for FDC 2026?

What is the wholesaler hotel discount?
Wholesaler members receive a special discounted room rate of $299/night (instead of $339/night) at the host hotel, based on availability and within the conference block.
Why stay at the host hotel?
Many of the best connections happen outside the show floor — at breakfasts, receptions and after-hours conversations. Staying onsite keeps you close to everything.
What time is check-in/check-out?
Hotel check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
What is included with my hotel reservation?
The room rate includes discounted valet and self-parking charges.
What airport should I fly into?
Miami International Airport (MIA) is the closest. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL) is also an option.
Are there dining options on-site?
Yes. There are multiple on-property dining options, plus many nearby restaurants in the area.
Exhibiting & Supplier Participation
How do suppliers attend FDC 2026?
Suppliers attend by exhibiting. You must reserve a tabletop/exhibit space to participate.

What is the required exhibitor hotel night charge?
When reserving exhibit space, suppliers are charged one night’s stay ($416.97) per tabletop as part of exhibitor registration.
This change was made from previous years due to the positive feedback we had on the additional business and networking benefits staying onsite provides to our exhibitors.
How does the exhibitor hotel credit work?
The prepaid night will appear as a credit and be deducted from the final hotel bill upon check-in. The credit applies to one hotel reservation per exhibiting company.
Which night does the exhibitor hotel credit apply to?
It applies to Tuesday, March 3.
Can the exhibitor hotel credit be split across multiple rooms or reservations?
No. The credit applies to one hotel reservation per exhibiting vendor.

Facilitated roundtable conversations focused on timely issues, trends and solutions impacting the floral supply chain.
What is the WFFSA Party?
A signature networking event for attendees. In 2026, the theme is Havana Nights and it will be outdoors. Sponsored by Syndicate Sales
Are meals included?
Some conference functions include hosted food/beverage (e.g., breakfasts, receptions, select sessions). Specific inclusions will be listed in the schedule.
Floral Xcellence Awards
What are the WFFSA Floral Xcellence Awards?
A premier competition spotlighting innovation, artistry and quality in global floriculture — open to WFFSA members worldwide. Sponsored by Flowers of Colombia and Proflora 2027 by Asocolflores.
When are the 2026 Floral Xcellence Awards presented?
Awards will be presented during FDC 2026 (March 1–4, Miami).
Who can submit an entry?
Companies must be WFFSA members and registered to attend FDC to submit an entry.
What are the entry categories?
Categories include Breeder Xcellence, Rose Grower Xcellence, Spray Rose Grower Xcellence, Garden Rose Grower Xcellence, Filler Grower Xcellence, Other Variety Xcellence and Member Favorite (attendee vote).
