When and where is the 2023 Floral Distribution Conference?

How do I register for the event?

Attendee registration will open on December 5, 2022. To register for the 2023 Floral Distribution Conference, please visit our Attendee Registration webpage.

How do I make my hotel reservation?

A rooming block has been setup at The Doral at the discounted WF&FSA group rate of $299 plus a $15 resort fee. To receive the discounted rate, you must make your hotel reservations by the cut-off date of February 3, 2023. You can make your reservation online or by calling the hotel at 305-392-2000.

 

What is included with my hotel reservation?

The Doral is offering a block of rooms for $299 per night (not including tax and $15 per night) over the dates of WF&FSA’s Floral Distribution Conference. The room rate includes discounted valet and self-service parking charges.

 

What time is check-in/check-out at the hotel?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

 

What airport should I fly into?

Miami International Airport (MIA) is the closest airport to The Doral. The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is also a great nearby option. Miami Airport is 11 miles from the hotel and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport is 30 miles from the hotel.

I can no longer attend. How do I cancel my registration and hotel reservation?

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

The hotel’s room cancellation policy (non-COVID) is as follows: Cancellations made within 5 days prior to 4:00 PM local time day of arrival will be assessed a charge of one night plus applicable taxes. All other cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please call the hotel at 1-305-392-2000 for more information.

Table Top Cancellation Policy:

To obtain a refund for Table Top fees, written notice of cancellation must be received at the WF&FSA office by the dates noted below:

Cancellation with Full Refund: January 20, 2023

Cancellation with Partial Refund: January 21 - February 6, 2023
