WFFSA’s exhibit show floor at the Floral Distribution Conference is the place to see the newest products, meet with suppliers and wholesalers, and accomplish business.
Please note: You must be a member of WFFSA to exhibit at the WFFSA Floral Distribution Conference. Non-members who want to exhibit must apply for WFFSA Membership and be approved for membership to secure a booth. Only exhibitors and wholesaler WFFSA members will be permitted access to the show floor. Supplier companies that do not purchase a booth will NOT be permitted to attend the conference.

Changes & New Features for 2027
– The exhibit hall is not carpeted. While WFFSA will carpet the aisles, your booth floor is empty, providing you the opportunity to purchase the flooring that best fits your needs.
– We’ve added a new 16′ x 20′ island booth at a special discount price. The footprint has no walls, tables, chairs or neighboring exhibitors, providing maximum visibility and plenty of space to make your booth stand out.
– USA Grown section on the floor plan highlights local growers.
Conference Access Policy
Access to the conference space is restricted to registered attendees only. Individuals who are not registered but attempt to conduct business within the conference area will be required to leave.
Please be sure to register each individual who will attend the conference.

Exhibitor Rules & Regulations
Please review the Rules & Regulations carefully. Pay particular attention to the display height requirements. Each exhibitor will be held to these regulations and the included timelines, policies and procedures.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with a Full Refund: January 8, 2027
Cancellation with a Partial Refund: February 5, 2027
No refunds after February 5, 2027
Note: Exhibit booth registration is members-only. Non-members who want to exhibit or those who have exhibited in previous years will have to apply and be approved for membership to secure a booth. Only wholesaler WFFSA members will be permitted access to the exhibit show floor.
Supplier companies that do not purchase an exhibit booth will not be permitted to attend the conference.
