The room rate includes discounted valet and self-service parking charges.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Miami International Airport (MIA) is the closest airport to The Doral. The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is also a great nearby option. Miami Airport is 11 miles from the hotel and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport is 30 miles from the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

The hotel’s room cancellation policy (non-COVID) is as follows: Cancellations made within 5 days prior to 4:00 PM local time day of arrival will be assessed a charge of one night plus applicable taxes. All other cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please call the hotel at 1-305-392-2000 for more information.

Attendee Registration Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation with Full Refund: Before January 5, 2024

Please contact Victoria Colosimo if you need to cancel your attendee registration.

Table Top Cancellation Policy:

To obtain a refund for Table Top fees, written notice of cancellation must be received at the WF&FSA office by the dates noted below:

Cancellation with Full Refund: January 26, 2024

Cancellation with Partial Refund: February 9, 2024
