2025 Exhibit Opportunities
WFFSA’s Table Top Showcase at the Floral Distribution Conference is THE place to see the newest products, meet with suppliers and wholesalers, and accomplish business.
You must be a member of WFFSA to exhibit at the WFFSA Floral Distribution Conference. Non-members who want to exhibit will need to apply and be approved for membership to secure a Table Top. Only exhibitors and wholesaler WFFSA members will be permitted access to the Table Top area. Supplier companies that do not purchase a Table Top may attend the conference, but they will NOT be permitted on the show floor.
Early Bird Rate:
Deadline: January 26, 2024
Single (5′ x 10′) – $3,000
Double (5′ x 20′) – $6,000
Triple (5′ x 30′) – $9,000
Regular Rate:
After January 26, 2024
Single (5′ x 10′) – $3,500
Double (5′ x 20′) – $7,000
Triple (5′ x 30′) – $10,500
Your exhibit purchase includes one complimentary attendee registration, one six-foot skirted table, two chairs, a trash can. Please indicate if you do not require a table on your registration form. When completing your Table Top registration, you must indicate who will receive this registration. WFFSA staff will register your complimentary attendee. Additional staff can register using the Attendee Registration form.
Exhibitor Rules and Regulations
Please review the Rules and Regulations carefully. Pay particular attention to the display height requirements. Each exhibitor will be held to these regulations and the included timelines, policies, and procedures.
Important Dates
Table Top Registration Open: October 1, 2024
Early Bird Table Top Deadline: January 24, 2025
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with a Full Refund: January 24, 2025
Cancellation with a Partial Refund: January 25 – February 7, 2025 ($700)
Note: Table Top registration is members-only. Non-members who want to exhibit or those who have exhibited in previous years will have to apply and be approved for membership to secure a Table Top. Only wholesaler WFFSA members will be permitted access to the Table Top area. Supplier companies that do not purchase a Table Top will not be permitted on the show floor.
