Florists Supply recently attended WF&FSA’s 2018 Management Institute, which took place August 1-3 in Newport Beach, CA. After the event, they wrote this blog which is excerpted with their permission so we could share with the full WF&FSA membership.

Florists Supply is committed to the ongoing professional development of all our employees. Furthering education and skills is vital to the continued success of our business. We are always looking for opportunities to educate our staff and managers and sent 2 Winnipeg Managers to the WF&FSA Management Institute this summer.

We are long standing members of WF&FSA (the Wholesale Florist & Florist Supplier Association).
This association provides programs, services, events and communications designed to provide
solutions, guidance and information for the ever-changing business demands of today and the future.

WF&FSA's Management Institute was held over 3 days in Newport Beach, CA and started with a full day road trip along the coast of sunny California.

First stop was the world-famous Los Angeles Flower District. Located in the heart of Los Angeles, the district spans a 5 acre area.  We started at The Original Los Angeles Flower Market. The Original Market is an expansive 55,000 SQ FT indoor FRESH floral marketplace! It's open to both the trade and the general public.

Great meeting Nadine and Esther (even saw them out on the walking trail early in the mornings!). Glad they got so much out of MI. The photos on your web page are gorgeous!
