WF&FSA is extending an early invitation to those companies that exhibited with WF&FSA last year. Register early for a Table Top exhibit at the 2019 WF&FSA Floral Distribution Conference to ensure your space. The deadline to secure your space before Table Top sales open to the general public is July 21, 2019.

You will receive an email on JULY 8TH with a link to secure your table top. PLEASE REMEMBER table tops will not be considered until PAID IN FULL. If you are paying by check or wire transfer, your table top registration form will not be considered until full payment is received in the WF&FSA office.

Table Tops at FDC will again be Members Only, meaning any non-member exhibitor from previous years will have to apply and be approved for membership in order to secure a Table Top space. Only Wholesaler WF&FSA members will be allowed access to the Table Top area during this year’s FDC – thus providing you with concentrated and fruitful interactions to amplify your business relationships. If you are a Supplier company that does not purchase a Table Top, you will not be permitted on the exhibition floor.

Please note that WF&FSA is unveiling a NEW and IMPROVED floorplan for Table Tops this year. All locations are better positioned for attendees to maneuver the hall and visit with you, the valuable suppliers they came here to meet. I also want to let you know that we will be sending this message to all WF&FSA key contacts, to ensure everyone is provided equitable opportunity for the best Table Top placement possible.
